I got a mail order catalog today. It was filled with all sorts of items that were totally useless, but tempting none the less. Why? Mostly because of the words of wit and wisdom printed on them. Rather than spend a bunch of money on items that I don't need I've decided to display these words here. Some are quotes, some will leave you rolling on the floor in laughter, and others will touch the deepest part of your soul.
Here they are. Enjoy!
On a T-shirt: I live in my own little world, but it's OK. They know me there!
On another T-shirt: Lord, keep your arm around my shoulder and your hand over my mouth.
On a set of pint glasses: "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." ~ Benjamin Franklin ~
On a plaque: If we get to drinking on Sunday and ask you to stay over, we don't really mean it!
On a paperweight: When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.
One more T-shirt: Good morning is an oxymoron!
On a doormat: Beware! Dog can't hold its licker.
On yet another T-shirt (I might buy this one): You can never have too many guitars! It is screen printed with tweny-one easily recognised guitar models.
