1. Wind Of Change - The Scorpions Klaus wrote this one back in 1989, around the time of the fall of the communist bloc in Europe. It makes a beautiful statement about the peaceful changes that were occurring at that time.
2. Under The Same Sun - The Scorpions "Do you ever ask yourself Is there a heaven in the sky Why can't we stop the fight.
'Cos we all live under the same sun We all walk under the same moon Then why, why can't we live as one..."
Ever so eloquent, and ever so true.
3. Crossfire - The Scorpions "Why cannot the people we made leaders of the world Understand that we don't want to fight Understand that we are much to young to die..."
I can think of a certain "leader of the world" who needs to take heed to this message.
4. Soldiers Of Peace - Crosby Stills Nash & Young An oxymoron, but an excellent message for peace.
5. Peace In Our Time - Gorky Park I couldn't leave out this peaceful tune by my favorite Russian rockers.
