TGIFF!! It's Friday once again! Are we ready for Furry Friday?!
1. Have you ever owned an "exotic" animal? If so, what was it? I rescued an injured box turtle from the side of the road once. The poor thing's shell was badly damaged, causing it injury every time it retracted its head. It only lived for a few months afterwards, but at least it didn't spend its last days in fear of being run over.
2. Reptiles, your thoughts.... "I love them!" or "EWWWW SLIMY!!"? Reptiles are NOT slimy, they are dry and scaly! I like 'em! Some of my reptile friends have been, my mom's box turtle, she's been around for many years and loves to eat potato chips; and my Aunt Dolores's six foot iguana, Guangie. Guangie was paper trained, walked on a leash, and was loads of fun to play with.
3. If you were an exotic reptile what kind would you be (Describe yourself as much as you'd like.)? And why? I would like to be a chameleon so that I could hide among my surroundings and watch all that goes on around me.
