1. What is your favorite main course to prepare? Back in the day when I had time to do such things, I was famous for my turkey lasagne. The recipe originally came from a box of Chef Boyardee lasagne, but I adapted it so much that the old chef himself wouldn't even recognise it!
2. What is your favorite side dish to prepare? Tossing up a salad is something that I still do find the time to do on occasion. If it's big enough, it can even be a main course.
3. Do you like to bake? If so, what is your favorite? In this cold weather, I like to bake just because it helps too keep the house warm! Baking cookies is always fun, and with all of the packaged mixes and prepared doughs that are available, there are plenty of shortcuts to use in making home-baked creations.
4. What one dish would you like to learn to cook? I've always wanted to make my own Mexican fried ice cream...
5. What is your worst cooking disaster? I once baked up a delicious batch of chocolate chip brownies for the folks at work. Everyone liked them so much that I decided to make them for our church's bake sale the next week. I did absolutely nothing that I can remember differently, but the bake sale brownies came out all hard and stuck to the pan. They could not be used...
