I will not launch into a tirade about how I feel that artists' debut albums are seldom my favorites... how the years tend to define artists and give them an opportunity to display their versatility... or how often an artist's debut album in the U.S. often is not the first one released elsewhere...

Please note that the last artist on my list remains to this day unreleased in the U.S. They're an incredibly talented all girl band from Estonia, not a bunch of skanky, all fluff, no talent tramps.
