It sits in my inbox, taunting me. I do not have the heart to delete it. To do so would be admitting that I have given up on the fantasy. I am not quite ready to do that yet. It has been there for two weeks, now. It reads:
SCORPIONS IN CONCERT

Discounted tickets available for advance orders.
The prices listed are not even in currency that I understand, but VISA would be able to figure the exchange rate, I'm sure. Oh, to see these guys as headliners...on their home turf. If only I could just drop everything and flit off to Germany on 8/2/03! But alas, I have no passport, no money, and on top of it all I only know about two words in German! Don't these guys have any American tour dates planned? Sending me all of this info on these German tour dates is downright cruel!
